Gratitude - feeling of expressing thanks for everything around.
In this era we all have must experienced that when we ask anyone how is life or how everything is going on we just get the answer " bas chal rahi hai", No one is really happy about what he has or where he is . Everyone is just living the life not actually enjoying . Do we have the answer how its possible . The dreams which are in our eyes someone must be having that pleasure which we are dreaming for but can we really feel that person is happy I believe not really and i think you totally agree on this because that person has now other dreams in his eyes . In this process of getting more we forget what we have to appreciate . We never appreciate how healthy we are , we have enough to spend, we have nice family , we have healthy mind and nature is giving all the important things which are very important for our survival. But we never really appreciate . If we prepare a list of positive things, situation and person around us and same for negatives as well , we will end up realising countless positive blessings around us and one or two negative things but we keep on crying about negatives hence we are not happy .
We have received alot but we have not appreciated what we have received without even asking. If we appreciate we feel happy , we attract more appreciation and this will make the life happier .
