कीर्ति- Fame - Beware before you Fall

The biggest pitfall in life is Fame. We all wish to be famous; we want everyone knows us.

Everyone praises us. When we do something, our eyes look for acknowledgment and appreciation. It’s very difficult to stay humble after getting loads of appreciation. We forget while getting appreciation that God is doing everything, we are just a medium to get it done but inspiration, energy everything we have, given by him & we are getting fame on his behalf.

This fame is unknowingly getting us into the trap of Egotism, we start believing that credit goes to me and if I was not there, it would have not been possible but we are just a medium.

In life nothing ever stops, if its not you someone else would be, who will do it.

In the hoard of fame, we forget the Kartar (Master of all creation) because in life nothing exists without pair of opposites. Fame comes with defame. The Fame which is giving us layers of happiness today will give us suffocation of defame also tomorrow, because world is full of changes & Swing moves in both directions forward & Backward then it gives us fun. So never attached to one thing because changes always come without any pre-intimations and keep yourself grounded internally & realize the power & grace of God. This Name & Fame always keeps us away from god and we take his credit.

Talent is God Given, be Humble

Conceit ( Ego ) is Self -Given , be Careful

   

Dukh Daru Sukh Rog Bhaiya "दुखु दारू सुखु रोग भइआ " - "Suffering is medicine and Pleasure is disease"

Beautifully Said in Gurbani " Dukh Daru Sukh Rog Bhaiya"

Dukh means Sufferings, Pain, Problems are medicine & Pleasure , Comforts are diseases.  When we are in pleasures, comforts we forget to remember God. In pleasures our Ego gets inflated , we get addicted to all the comforts and when we do not get the same comfort, we get irritated . All the pleasures when come, it ends up making us blind , we can not see anything beyond that , We assume that it is going to last forever. We get so busy and involved in this pleasures that we forget God and we get intoxicated with madness. Few minutes pleasures followed by everlasting pain. We enjoy for few minutes and then get punished when things which we believed were true, get disappeared .

 While Dukh(suffering)is a blessing which reminds us God every moment. Very beautifully said that who God loves, bestowed them with three things Disease, poverty & defame.  Dukh is remembrance of God , Suffering awakens us while pleasures makes us sleep so tightly that we are unable to open our eyes to the truth. As medicine is always bitter but it is for our betterment , it helps us to retrieve our lost health similar suffering is the gift given by God to regain our lost senses in pleasures. One who always remembers God, will take both equally whether its suffering or Pleasure,its acceptable to him, he never cribs in problems and never inflated with pleasures. Sukh never comes alone it has its partner attached thats Dukh and its cycle which has both ends so take  things easy and always feel blessing in disguise.Everything is a passing show will pass by its own, we shall always feel happy and blessed.

Wings of Freedom- Flying Away from Expectations

Expectations- A Borrowed Pain which does not actually belongs to us.

We have set our expectations according to our measurements and bought pain accordingly.

We have ever experienced any hurt, pain which we feel is given by someone , This is nothing just unfulfilled expectations and no one has ever told us that you can have at least this expectation from me. Expectations always hurt us , Sometimes when person fulfills our expectations, we are bound to either expect the same from that person or our level of expectations get increased and When a person turns out different than our expectations ,We feel hurt but it is no where written that a person or a situation will always work as per our will.We have assumed that everyone should behave as per my will, do we act as per others' choice, do we fulfill all the expectations of others, Can we always behave the way other wants us to behave like, I believe answer is No, if we can not fit in that situation , how can we ask entire world to work as per our wish, Every human being is free and Freedom is something which everyone  in this world will aspire and unnecessarily we are binding ourselves and other person too by our expectations while other person might not have any idea what we are expecting and we are just creating a feeling of a pain .

 Expectations are like we are in a Cage and the key of opening the cage is with someone else and the   one according to his Time,Comfort & Wish will come and make us free, till we have to experience  the helpless of making our self free and fly away. It is up to us to fly away or to wait for a person to  come and open the cage. It is our choice because the Key is with other person but cage is made up of just a glass we can break it from inside and can go out but breaking a glass requires pushing it hard against our comfort because breaking a glass might hurt our hands but will make us free similarly making our self free from expectations require a little push against our comfort of keeping expectations from everyone but its permanent freedom from the pain which we are not destined for.

Power of Selfless Love -Its one way traffic

Love is a Magic, We can get all the  things done in the life just by Love . Love is so powerful.

If our love is confined to few human beings or few things of our choice then its not love , Real happiness lies in the selfless love without any condition. Our love is conditional always. When someone acts as per our choice , he is our favorites and if the one gets us what we are demanding he is our well wisher and same condition we apply to God as well. When he fulfills our wishes,our faith increases .When he goes opposite to our will , We feel God has become ruthless, he has no compassion for us any more, and our faith towards god also starts diminishing. In this world if we love anyone , We need to ask do I want anything from that person , we might feel that I love without any demand but might be externally I demand nothing from someone but internally if I expect that love in return, smile , even a very small desire of receiving thanks, at least a person should give me respect , then its conditional love, When I do not want anything in return that is selfless love which flows in one direction and over a period of time it automatically start flowing from all the corner of the world, that is nature's business to give us back automatically, but our desire will never make it unconditional.

This feeling of unconditional love keeps us free. Happiness lies in freedom. If we feel that we are here just to give love to everyone , we feel so powerful because its very easy to give materialistic things to anyone , its available in  the market too but a real love is the rarest thing and no amount of money can buy it and most beautiful thing about love is that its Eternal. It is forever, It remains in the Air always , everything other than this is temporary but a self less love is beyond any power .

Because we can only give what we possess so instead of asking people to love us , let us everyone love without any expectation  to get it back .

Simplify your life - Learn to Say no

How difficult it is to choose one thing which gives you temporary uneasiness with lasting happiness over a thing which gives you temporary happiness with lasting pain. It takes lot of courage to say no to anything and everything which cost your peace of mind in exchange of temporary pleasures, We often overlook the value of our peace of mind and we realize it when it gets late and we are unable to afford our own peace of mind , I love this Quote - " He is the brave man who can say No."

It asks for lot of courage and bravery to say no to the thing which your heart is dying for . We keep on saying "Yes" to the things which we should say no.

Swami Vivekananda has beautifully said after having his own experience - Most of the problems come in our life just because of not saying no at the right time. No to any evil thought, bad company, bad habit & bad  food at the right time is not as easy as it seems , because our urge of enjoying present makes us forget the consequences it has attached with. We feel lets enjoy today, who has seen tomorrow . We get so addicted to all these things that we can not imagine our life without all this , the one who has got into the habit of thinking negative finds difficult to see positive ,if  our body is used to of eating junk food or the food which our tongue can crave for but stomach can not afford, so we can imagine how the stomach will response later on, habits we ourselves do not know  when we fall into the trap of bad habits , Bad habit automatically finds its way while to inculcate the good one , it asks for the tirelessly efforts . To quit a bad habit at the right time is just liking taking a bitter medicine to cure yourself immediately . When we say no to the things , firstly we feel suffocated , but later on we realize that a cool breeze is coming to give us sense of happiness thousand times more than the sense of pleasure which we have said no to . Lets have a self analysis of ourselves and find out what we need to say no to  to enjoy the treasure of peace with in .

Comparision- Come in Prison

Comparison- End of the growth /Learning

Come in Prison- Means we are limited when we compare, we draw some boundaries but when we do not compare our self we are free with unlimited potential.

Comparison comes in two ways , in one way when we feel our self superior to someone and in other way when we feel inferior. Feeling oneself superior and inferior both are the weaknesses and its harmful in their own way. When we feel our self  superior- Only I can do, if I will not do, the world will come to and end , I am only the best . EGO - read something beautiful about Ego -

अहंकार एक ऐसा नशा है जो पीने वाले के अलावा सबको पता चल जाता है की इसको चढ़ गयी है |

Now other side of comparison Comes Inferiority , when we feel that i am nothing , this kind of feelings comes with a sense of fear also . I can not do anything, i do not posses any quality , we feel our self weak. 

Neither side of comparison is good . One Side Says Only I am good & other side says I am very bad .both comparison leads us towards a downfall. When we compare our self with others we degrade our value, we truly doubt at god's creation. Each one of us is unique and beautiful in their own way, someone has 'A' Quality , someone has 'B' quality , some one has combination of 'A+B' but that individual missing 'C' quality so we all are complete in our own way so we should never compare our self with anyone.

In addition to this , we should always keep our learning window open , to strive hard for our betterment and comparison if should be there then only with our yesterday that am I improving everyday. We should constantly inspire our self from someone but never compare because we are original form, we can not copy anyone but we can follow footstep of our inspirations and our ideals and try to inculcate good habits.

Power of Blessings-Source of happiness

We have chased many things at different point of times , but have we ever thought how to seek blessings . We often feel a sense of emptiness inside in-spite of having everything around , in-spite of achieving all the things which we have dreamt for, what is causing a vacuum inside us , what is missing and  when we will think ,we have received everything except blessings .

Yes,We lack blessings. If we count how many blessings we have received , I believe the figure will not come  more than one or two and its so strange that people all around us are eager to bless us but unfortunately we are not paying attention to all those things where our happiness is hidden and the most beautiful things about blessings is that we do not need to put lot of efforts or to take out special time for this .It is hidden in everything we come across in a day .Lets talk about how -

Our words should be like that when some one hears it out, he fills with energy and he gets life in our words, he should get the hope to live .

 We should listen with empathy , if one wants to take their heart out , we should be ready to listen patiently not with the desire to reply with framed dialogues,but just that a person should feel light.

 A smile can get us lots of blessings , it can make someone's day.

A pure vibes and glance is enough to make someone feel good .

To help someone in any way , if an old lady you found standing in a metro give a person your place to sit , if some one you come across is unable to lift baggage, just give your hand , if you are hiring an  auto sometime gives the driver extra rupees , do not bargain much with street vendors and vegetable sellers , give a tip to waiter on restaurant, get a cup of tea to the maid who clean your house and sometimes just loose the game with kids , show up unexpectedly to the one who is missing you .

There are thousand ways to seek blessings but blessing asks you to do the things without the intention of getting anything back from the person because God is watching everything & he will give us what we are giving to . Do this exercise while going to sleep just spare 2 minutes to rewind the whole day and count the blessings you have received , do not sleep comfortably if its less than 5 in a day and you will see the magic of finding back the happiness which was lost on the way. Just live for others and find your happiness there.

Earn Blessings and Count at the end of the day and increase

your balance everyday , Make sure you are in a profit from every passing day.
