Why i loose my peace of mind?

We all must have felt ourselves bit disturbed at times, but have we ever sat down & ask ourselves who has caused me  this pain, who has taken my happiness away & left me with this sad feeling and when we try to see the reason around, we will feel many people and many reasons behind our this feeling Why but this is nowhere true, because we have lost our peace in mind so the thing you will find where it has been lost , so peace will be there in the mind only.

We often say I am disturbed because he said wrong words, he behaved badly, I could not get this which I was dreaming for etc., there are multiple reasons  but if we again see the list of the reasons behind my sadness, there is no one outside, it’s my thoughts/Ego/Desires which are bothering me .Mahatma Buddha has said one of very beautiful thing –If your thoughts do not disturb you even God does not have power to disturb you. No one from outside has power to make us feel good or bad , we are enough powerful for our happiness .

Our thoughts are very powerful and we often lose our peace of mind , our peace of mind is the most expensive thing in this world, behind our every act, word and whatever we do , we want peace of mind & we need to make it that much expensive so that  no one can buy this from us.

       

What I choose whole day – to be happy or sad

What’s my first thought when I get to see the new day, the moment I wake up, what I Feel one more boring day, one more day when I have to face all those things which I faced yesterday, I nowhere thanked god that I am alive and fortunate enough to see new day, I radiated energy of complaints & I will attract negativity and complaints as I begin my day with the same, instead I could think wow, I got one more day to do what I planned yesterday but could not do, I got one more day to seek blessings which I missed yesterday, I got one more day to fix all those things which went worse yesterday. Thank God for giving me one more opportunity.

Whole day I come across many people of different nature & I keep on adjusting my happiness on the basis of behavior they had toward me, I do not  have control on anyone but can I control my mood , instead of controlling everyone’s  actions , I  can control my reactions to them. If we have ever realized how difficult is to control our own reactions. We can really understand controlling ourselves is the toughest job then controlling others is next to impossible.

When we realize that I am in charge of my own happiness, I believe no one can make me sad as Mahatma Budda said if your thoughts do not disturb you even God does not have power to make you sad so whole day whether we are alone or we are with someone, we are always with our thoughts hence our thoughts should be beautiful , positive . If we are charged, whosoever will be in our touch will blossom .

Lets spread the fragrance of happiness all around .Be happy and make others happy.

Surrender unto God-Let God be on his Job

Lets Surrender !

We all the time keep on thinking about ourselves or the one who are associated with us, we just want , this should happen & this should not, our mind keeps on instructing God please do that its good for me but we hardly realize that God is far sighted, what we can not see, he surely can, he knows what is better for us . For instance there is a 2 year old kid who just sees a burning coal which seems very attractive to him from distance , he wants to touch it , play with it , he just tries to get closer to it but when his mother notices this thing,  she gets anxious and just pull that child away from touching the burning coal, seeing this thing child thinks how cruel his mother is , he cries and curses his mother, he feels mother is his enemy but what do you think mother is the enemy or well wisher because kid does not know  what is good for him same happens with us we feel we can think our better but in front of God , we are still kid , we are the same kid who thinks a burning coal is good for him. lets surrender all are worries to God, he better knows what to be done with our life.When a potter makes a Pot, clay just surrenders itself unto potter & potter creates a beautiful pot, A Goldsmith just hammers ,cuts , turns & bends the gold stone and convert the same into a precious jewellery, because they have surrendered , so when we surrender our-self, we turnout to be a valuable person.

We never go to somewhere unless we are being invited , in this World  God has invited us & the  one who invites , take care of entire arrangement and invitees are there just to enjoy .

God has sent us on earth, he has already planned everything for us, we should not be worried. We shall enjoy , lets not interfere in his business , lets see picture which has already been done and its released we have to just watch, no matter we like a picture or not once its been released ,we can not cut a single scene so we shall enjoy while having popcorn. We need to surrender ourselves unto God , whatever is happening around is just at the signal of God , We do not have our own power even just to get up  in the morning , its God who is making us to do each and everything, Lets surrender everything worries, Ego and desires .

"When we worry about our life, God just remains unconcerned/Silent of our pain and sufferings

When we get unconcerned , God starts worrying  ( Let him take the pain & do his job)"

Rules of Nature

Do we know God has handedover all the responsiblities of karma to the nature , God never participates or inferences in nature's business . Its nature's call to decide the output on the basis of input we have given or to bear the type of fruit on basis of seed that has been planted by us Hence its been called that what you sow ,shall you reap. Have we ever seen injustice in nature? Have we ever heard that we planted seed of bittter gourd and it has borne Mango .It has never happened in the history nor it could be happened ever. We human being keeps on making our karmas at each and every step by our words ,thoughts, beahaviours , actions everything counts we are free to make the karmas but we are slave to its results. At the times of results we say why its happening with me , I did not do anything . Its Injustice Right ?  No its Justice its results of your own karma now we have two options either too cry on or to accept and move on.

Nature has following rules -

1 What you will sow , same you will reap ( No matter how much you pray/Cry but seed will bear its own fruit, You can not escape from there but yes you can ask god to give you the power of acceptance but not to change the result, God is helpless )

2. You will receive in Multiples ( One seed bears countless fruits same if you have done anything good or bad it will come to you in multiples.)

Hence should be beware of our new karma, anything or our any actions which hurt others intentionally or unintentionally has its consequences.  Let’s  ask god to give us power to accept the past karma with smile and awareness to make any new karma.

 

 

EGO - Please let go !

Ego- itself says E - GO means it should go . EGO which  we are carrying with us from life to life and since our childhood we all have learnt that 'I' exist , 'I', 'Me' & 'My' the root of all the sorrows ,
If we recall any incident which happened in the past if we try to know the reason why i got hurt or why it made me feel bad so we will get to know its because either of 'I', Me' and 'My'.  A cancer patient could be cured but the one who has diesase of 'Ego' can never be cured, its more life threating than a disease like cancer . We often feel that if we do not show the attitude world will take us for granted & we should treat the person accordingly , I agree that being kind and nice to someone does not mean that you will let that person to walk all over you , You have to draw a line in order to maintain your peace of mind & dignity but ego is different its harmful and at each and every point our ego comes out and it compels us not to being grounded , It says loudly in our mind " I do exist"

Time keeps on changing ; Fame , Power,Money,Position,Status nothing will last ever but the love and care we are sharing with other will be in memories forever though we give these things secondary importance , primary inportance is to all the materialist things which are futile . We have so many masks on our face even we ourselves get confused which is true ; We keep on changing our behaviour we are grounded to the person who is superior in terms of power & staus while we are rude when we are dealing with a low status person we forget we all our human. Destiny & Karma are different hence someone is at high & other one is at low level because of our past karma might be today we are at something & tomorrow we could be somewhere else depends on what we are reaping today because its to be said "We have come alone & we would go alone but i don't agree i firmly believe we came along with our karma & while going we will take new karmas along with us" hence we should now concentrate what we will take at the end  so be grounded , be humble .

Art of Giving- Way to Happiness

Have we ever realized that we are always in the receiving mode , we have just learnt to receive .

We want to receive love, respect, money , fame etc. This is one of the reasons of our dissatisfaction.

We have never learnt to give . We forget "Respect earns respect, Love earns Love" . The one who gives is always richer than one who receives  and sometime the one who you ask to respect you, love you may not have the thing which you are asking for then how can a person provides you the thing which he does not possess.  Lets take an example a beggar comes to you so instead of giving him the thing what he is begging for , if we start asking the same from him so can we tell who we are.

Why can not we give the things which we truly believe in receiving.

I believe we always look to receive love who we have given , same goes for respect, care etc but we forget sometime you may get the same thing but in a different form lets  say you given respect to 'A' but may be you are receiving the same thing but not from 'A' but from 'B','C','D', We hardly appreciates  such thing because  we want in the same form but blessing showers from different corners.  Believe me, lets start realizing!
 

We have never experienced the pleasure & happiness in giving, we have only  experienced temporary happiness and lasting pain in the process of receiving. We should try the the pleasure which is hidden when you give something , Its seems tough while giving without expectation of receiving something in return.but believe me its something we truly needs .

We should try the art of giving and experience the treasure which is hidden into this which we may experience in the form of blessings . It involves sacrifices but its a beautiful feeling . Try it once I bet it would be an overwhelming experience.

Be Humble-A tree laden with fruits always bends low

We all have heard that  the stiffest tree is most easily cracked, while the bamboo or willow survives by bending with the wind,  I refer this quote because we often become arrogant when we receive Status ,Power, Fame, Prestige ,Respect , Love  but we do not know its matter of time , Today time is in our favour so we shall enjoy whatever is coming on your way but we should not forget that all this is transient and carries expiry date with this.

 

Often we lost our humanity  We behave like we are leading this world we forget that  we are just a puppet and God has given instructions to the nature to nurture us with his materialistic property but Instruction could be reversed anytime without any prior notice hence we  should always staty humble . Human has tendency to use its power to the some who is not equally powerful . No matter who we are and who we are dealing with (Poor, Illiterate, Old,) we should not forget our humanity .

We should be flexible not stiffed . 

 

 

Being stiff is very easy but to mould oneself  is not that easy as it seems and the brave man is the one who can do the tough task but once when mould ourself we are the true winner sometime being defeated is real victory but for that we have to shed our ego for a moment .
